QUIKSILVER PRO FRANCE SUB PAR CONDITIONS DELAYING THE RESTART OF ROUND 2

HOSSEGOR, France (Thursday, September 28, 2006) – With conditions being somewhat uncooperative this morning, organizers of the Quiksilver Pro France presented by Evian put the event on hold but will restart at around 1pm local time.
There are five round two heats remaining and after their completion it is expected that the event, the eighth on the Foster’s ASP Men’s World Tour, will move directly into round three.
Yesterday the waves began to improve later in the day and it is hoped that they will do so again today.
