Owen Wright (AUS), 22, a standout performer in yesterday’s bombing conditions at La Graviere, is into Round 3 of the Quiksilver Pro France.

LA GRAVIERE, Hossegor/France (Wednesday, October 3, 2012) – The Quiksilver Pro France, Stop No. 7 of 10 on the 2012 ASP World Championship, will recommence this morning 8:05am with the remaining heats of Round 2. Round 3 has been placed on standby.

“Solid swell still on tap this morning and we’ll be getting competition underway immediately,” Rich Porta, ASP International Head Judge, said. “We’ll monitor conditions throughout the day, and have placed Round 3 on standby should they remain favorable. Good luck to all our competitors today.”

Up first this morning will be C.J. Hobgood (USA), 33, up against Fredrick Patacchia (HAW), 30, in Heat 8 of Round 2.
