WANNING, Hainan Island/China (Sunday, November 25, 2012) – The SWATCH Girls Pro China 2012 hosted by Wanning has been called on at Riyuewan Bay today. The surf is small but there are some nice waves coming through, and one of the 12 remaining surfers will be crowned the 2012 ASP Women’s World Longboard Champion.
“The surf is going to keep improving throughout the day,” Contest Director Dane Jordan said. “There are still a few heats to run with Round 4 and 5, Quarters, Semis and the Final. Whoever wins the 2012 ASP Women’s World Longboard Title today will have their work cut out for them, it’s going to be a great day of surfing.”
