SNAPPER ROCKS, Queensland/Australia (Saturday, March 9, 2013) -Round 2 of the Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast presented Land Rover, the opening stop on the 2013 ASP World Championship Tour (WCT), has been called on in punchy two-to-three foot (1 metre) waves at Snapper Rocks.
The opening six heats of the elimination Round 2 have been called on this afternoon following the Roxy Pro Gold Coast win by the youngster Tyler Wright (AUS), 18, just moments ago.
Up first this afternoon will be reigning ASP World Champion Joel Parkinson against event wildcard Brent Dorrington (AUS) in the opening heat of Round 2.
